I don't think that I have stopped since I got back home from overseas! I am so glad that I took an extra 2 weeks off to recover. The first day at home, I spent a day Christmas shopping. It kind of wasn;t a good idea, but glad I did it. I was still very exhausted and entered a moral dillemma as a result. This girl had a great chat to me while shopping and I was enjoying talking to her (normally I wouldn't have stopped, but I was feeling chatty and tired) than she asked me to join a charity and donate $39 a month, so I did without blinking. Afterwards I actually didn't feel warm and fuzzy, I felt annoyed that it had to be an ongoing donation from my pocket. I felt really bad that I felt that way, I later cancelled it by email and they were cool.. I think it was just the wrong charity for me to support, I did not feel good at all I just felt cheated out of money! I wont be a sucker like that again. Nm I got heaps of Christmas presents.
Next day I put up all my christmas tree etc looks awesome! I also went shopping locally and got my hair cut, so cool to have time to just go do all of this! I went to my bf's dads wake and met his family and friends, they dont know about me but it went well anyway.. (I forgot to mention that whilst I was in NZ his dad passed away from long suffering cancer- it was sad.. So I'm glad he was here for that and didnt come to NZ with me this time). My bf and I went to an art opening at the gardens on the weekend and loved it! (he designed the artists website, hence the invite). We walked around for ages in the gardens, also had a smoothie enjoying the view and ran into an old customer of mine. That was my fave day for sure, I love spending time with him it was fun. Sunday evening I head to my parents after catching up with him and watching holiday vids. I stayed overnight as I had surgery to remove that lump early on Monday and needed to stay with people. All went well with the surgery, I spent the day putting up Christmas stuff at my parents and now we come to today, Tuesday.. I'm having a bit of pain when standing up and walking, the cut is in my abdomen and 2cm long. Its covered with a big square waterproof bandaid that will be changed in 2 weeks. I'm heading home a bit later, but enjoying being out and about (my new addiction) its really making me happy always doing things atm, it's exciting. This weekend coming is a big one too.. Friday night is a mates celebrity themed party 30th, Saturday is my mums birthday thing and Sunday night I have another friends 29th birthday dinner. Big milestone too as my bf will be meeting my friends for the first time! He totally owes me now after coming to his dads wake as the random friend secretly bf.. Lol, I'm surprised questions havent been asked as he was kneeing me around his friends and left with me early. Overall, just glad were comfortable :D
Head bursting with news and Goings on.. Just got a call I have an inspection tomorrow, what the lol I should really read my mail but lucky my place is always clean. I also started planning my 30th and people are as excited as me.. More on that soon, its over 4 months off.
