Last night I decided to confront the guy I like and ask him if he still wants to know me. I now sorta feel like yesterdays post was a bit over the top, but I guess I got a lot of stuff out of my mind and that can't be a bad thing. So anyway, I asked him if he still wants to know me and he said yeah and we had a decent chat for the first time in a while (until he had to go quickly as he was feeling sick, hense the short goodbyes). He told me some news that was a bit scary, he had a test for cancer yesterday.. He got the results today and text me this afternoon, thankfully the news was good. It came back all clear, which is awesome!
So now I'm not sure what happens with his recovery. For me though, it's back to the waiting game for him to get better and be able to catch up with me again sometime. I'm so glad that he might be on the mend and for now I guess I will just focus my time on work (which is busy as atm) and friends. I trust that time will bring me a chance to catch up with him again and whatever is meant to be, will be.
